Dile hola al mundo
<Translate> Hello, World! I am thrilled you are here; this project is dear to me. “Life at 1.52m” is a small collection of photographs I have taken throughout my life, representing how I see the world with my low-positioned angle.
I was self-conscious about my height for a lot of years. Always being the smallest one in the room (even coming from México, a country of small people) had way too much weight on my self-esteem.
This mini project is an ode to the little girl I had criticized so much before. It serves as a reminder that there is no “right” or “wrong” in our y-positions. On the contrary, these differences let us uniquely experience the world.
With the following pictures, I hope you enjoy seeing how I live, well, life!
