A new hair brush
Helling out some Marketing friends
While I was in HIghSchool, in 2018, some marketing friends had a project where they needed to create a new product. They went for a hair comb shaped like a cat’s tongue. They asked for my help to bring this model to life, and the result was pretty cool!
I modeled it using Solidworks and rendered it using Paint 3D.

Going away from CAD is…hard
As part of my 4rth semester focused on extended realities, I have a full-blown blender course that goes from the simplest modeling to sculpting and animation. In this assignment, we needed to do a room we could do however we wanted.
So my friends and I decided we would do it based on each other style, and I got “cyber-punk-neon,” which somehow evolved into some neon rad music room that I like a lot.
Nevertheless, going from by-the-book CAD modeling using Solidworks for hardcore engineering pieces to this artistic software has been challenging and fun. Removing the millimeter-measuring from my workflow is difficult, but the creativity flow is rewarding.
Sustainable solar systems
30 second for México Hackathon
I participated in a hackathon for social activism with my team Prometheus—our project consisted of sustainable solar systems for isolated areas in Morelos, México. I created the 3d models and simulations of how our solar panels would work.
First robotics competition
Nerd is the new cool
I was part of the First Robotics Competition team for almost all of my high school, captain of the 3D design area from my second semester on, and captain of the Team since I was a Junior.
I taught myself Solidworks enough to Bamboozle the head of the program to think I knew what I was talking about (so they would let me be on the team as a Freshman) and then continued to get better and better.
I ended up learning from amazing engineers at companies like Würth and Baxter. And created some pretty cool pieces that were printed and created on CNCs, and assemblies from our robot
