say hello to the world
Hello, World! I am glad you are seeing this project! “Cherry Store” was my project for the three-day Visual Interfaces design Bootcamp I had from March 8-11. During these three days, we learned from the basics to really specific details on how to create good and clean interfaces.
Even though this subject was more webpages-related, I wanted to go a little further and, instead of having an online page as my project, create an Augmented reality app.
Life in low heels
How I got where I am
Hello, World! I am thrilled you are here; this project is dear to me. “Life at 1.52m” is a small collection of photographs I have taken throughout my life, representing how I see the world with my low-positioned angle.
I was self-conscious about my height for a lot of years. Always being the smallest one in the room (even coming from México, a country of small people) had way too much weight on my self-esteem.
This mini project is an ode to the little girl I had criticized so much before. It serves as a reminder that there is no “right” or “wrong” in our y-positions. On the contrary, these differences let us uniquely experience the world.
With the following pictures, I hope you enjoy seeing how I live, well, life!
